  Cute and welcoming venue

  I had an intimate wedding at Blue Woods Aster. Beautiful venue and helpful and fun staff. Kate was very professional, dependable, and fun to piece of work with, as well we all the other staff.

  - Prissy dinner course. Guests are able to select the main course on the day
  - Everything is on the aforementioned floor (anniversary, cocktail hr, dinner, bridal suite, guests' bath)

  Mostly cracking

  Our experience with the events squad was first-class and the venue is gorgeous. The iii star service review is mostly nearly the lack of coordination between the events staff and the booking department/front end desk-bound. Nosotros and a few fundamental family unit members & guests stayed at the hotel for a few days so we had made some reservations and put in some specific room-related requests through our event planner Kate. Kate was actually extremely helpful overall just for some reason none of our rate agreements or requests were communicated to the front desk. The worst thing that happened (and the reason I'thou giving service 3 stars instead of 4) is that we actually got locked out of our suite because our room keys were disabled!! I wanted to change out of my heels, then in the heart of my own wedding I had to pace out and go talk to the forepart desk in society to go into our own room. I honey the one hotel and their events staff made our wedding very special, just I hope they can figure out a meliorate, more streamlined communication system between their different teams. :)
